188rio Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 188rio, including Sports Betting, live casino, poker, slots, crash games, and any other products available on the site 188rio.best or in associated apps.

By registering at 188rio, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any other feature of the platform, you expressly confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. Acceptance is binding and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreement between you and 188rio.

188rio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made, the platform will notify active users by email and display a prominent notice at login. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To create an account and use 188rio's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Reside in Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be on any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion list;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be an employee, representative, or first-degree relative of a 188rio employee;
• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

188rio may request identity verification at any time, including a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment methods used. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

You are only permitted to hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials — your login, password, and any other authentication details. 188rio recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication whenever available.

Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at suporte@188rio.best so that the appropriate security measures can be taken promptly.

188rio does not allow the transfer, sale, or assignment of accounts between users. The balance in an account is personal and non-transferable, and may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in the account holder's name.

188rio accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian Real (BRL):

• Pix — available 24/7, with instant credit to your account;
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — instant credit;
• PicPay — immediate credit;
• Mercado Pago — immediate credit;
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others) — up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no single defined maximum — however, 188rio may request additional verification for deposits above certain thresholds, in accordance with our internal anti-money laundering policy.

188rio does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Deposits made with details that do not match the account holder will be returned without processing.

Withdrawals at 188rio are processed exclusively to payment methods held in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The preferred and fastest withdrawal method is Pix, processed in under 5 minutes after internal approval. Withdrawals via boleto or TED follow standard banking timelines. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

Before approving a withdrawal, 188rio may require completion of the identity verification process (KYC), particularly if the user has not yet submitted the requested documents. This process is completed only once, and subsequent withdrawals are processed more quickly after it is done.

Withdrawals of balances derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specific to each promotion, as detailed in Section 6. Bonus balance and real balance are clearly shown separately in the account dashboard.

VIP members at the Gold, Platinum and Diamond of the 188rio VIP Program have their withdrawals processed on a priority basis, further reducing the time between request and credit to the bank account.

188rio regularly offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to the sports calendar. Each promotion has its own terms, published transparently on the respective offer page.

Welcome Bonus: New users who make their first deposit receive a 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to R$ 500.00. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must meet a rollover requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus value on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted.

VIP Cashback: The weekly cashback from the 188rio VIP Program is credited with no rollover requirement — the amount can be withdrawn directly via Pix after it is credited every Monday.

The following conduct may result in the cancellation of bonuses and associated balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses;
• Use of betting strategies that guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (arbitrage);
• Using bonuses on low-risk bets that do not comply with the spirit of the promotion;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

188rio reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users whenever possible.

Sports Betting at 188rio is governed by the following general rules:

• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00 per ticket;
• Bets may only be placed before an event starts, except for live (in-play) bets, which are available while the match is in progress;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after confirmation;
• 188rio reserves the right to refuse or limit bets, particularly in markets with suspicious activity;
• If odds are published in error (whether a clear typo or a system fault), 188rio reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount.

Event cancellation and postponement: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are cancelled and stakes are returned to the user's balance. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours after the original scheduled time. After that window, bets are cancelled and stakes are refunded.

Live betting: In-play betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during the event. 188rio is not responsible for bets not confirmed in the system during periods of market suspension.

All casino games available on 188rio — including slots, crash games, baccarat, roulette, blackjack and poker — use certified random number generators (RNG) verified by independent organizations. Live casino tables use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers via HD live stream.

188rio poker tournaments follow standard Texas Hold'em rules. Each tournament's structure — buy-in, blinds, levels, prizes, and number of participants — is published in advance in the platform lobby. Freerolls are free and open to all registered and verified users.

188rio has no interest in the outcome of any individual round or bet. The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each slot and casino game is available in each game's description. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

The 188rio VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Access to each tier is determined by betting volume during the current monthly period, with the exception of the Diamond tier, which is granted by exclusive invitation from 188rio.

The benefits at each tier — weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, a dedicated account manager, exclusive tournaments, and more — are described in detail on the VIP Program. Benefits are reviewed monthly, and 188rio will notify users in advance of any changes.

Maintaining your VIP tier requires meeting the minimum monthly betting volume for that category. Falling short results in a demotion to the next tier down at the start of the following period. 188rio sends alert notifications when a user is close to losing their tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188rio platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate tournament outcomes or betting markets;
• Any form of betting fraud, including the use of insider information;
• Platform access by users under 18 years of age;
• Using third-party accounts to place bets on your own behalf;
• Attacks, intrusion attempts, or any action that compromises the security or availability of the platform.

If any of the above conduct is identified, the account may be immediately suspended, fraudulently obtained balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

You may request the closure of your 188rio account at any time through support by sending a message to suporte@188rio.best. The available real-money balance will be processed via Pix to your registered key upon completion of identity verification, if not already completed.

188rio reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud or money laundering activity;
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Extended inactivity — accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be closed with prior notice.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 188rio may retain balances derived from fraudulent activity. Legitimate balances will be returned to the user following full identity verification.

188rio makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, availability may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond the platform's control, such as third-party infrastructure failures.

188rio is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance or technical issues;
• Loss of account access due to the user's own mishandling of their credentials;
• Transaction delays caused by third-party financial institutions;
• Damage caused by viruses or malicious software on the user's devices.

Under no circumstances shall 188rio's total liability to a user, for any reason, exceed the amount deposited by that user in the past 12 months.

188rio collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected includes name, CPF, date of birth, email, address, payment details and betting history, used exclusively for the provision of platform services and compliance with legal obligations.

188rio does not sell, transfer, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with essential service providers (such as payment processors) and with public authorities when required by law.

You have the right, at any time, to request:

• Confirmation that your data is being processed;
• Access to and portability of your personal data;
• Correction of incomplete or incorrect data;
• Deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in violation of the LGPD;
• Withdrawal of consent for processing activities based on that legal ground.

188rio believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should be practiced responsibly and within each user's financial means. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all users:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in your account settings;
• Bet limit: set a maximum bet amount per period;
• Session control: enable session time alerts for regular breaks;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 7, 30, or 90 days in just a few clicks;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with a new registration block.

Responsible gambling limits take priority over any VIP Program benefit or active promotion. Once set, limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.

188rio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to: regulatory changes, new products and features, operational adjustments, or court rulings.

Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance by email and via a prominent notice on the platform. Minor changes (such as text corrections or formatting adjustments) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms is always the most recent one published on this page, identified by the update date at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes full acceptance of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 188rio platform will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the support channel available at suporte@188rio.best.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

The user acknowledges that 188rio operates within the regulatory framework applicable to the sports betting market in Brazil and agrees to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes, in compliance with current Brazilian legislation.
